Title: Great Family Stay! We had a fantastic time at this home! It was the perfect fit for our whole family. Our grandkids had a blast swimming and playing in the pool, while the adults enjoyed some relaxation time in the secluded hot tub. The comfortable layout made it easy for everyone to settle in, and the bunk room over the garage was a fun surprise for the kids. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this place for families looking for a fun getaway! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Fit 2 families great- Dont look too closely if youre a clean freak... Positive: We liked the big bunk room with its own bathrooms for all our soccer playing boys. We liked that there was a private hot tub on the porch. We liked that there was parking for 6 cars. The Host responded very quickly to almost all questions. They also sent out a guy to look at the hot tub- he was quick and super nice. Too bad the hot tub just had a mind of its own still. The grill, oven, microwave, and dishwasher all seemed to work fine, no issues with door code, garage, etc. Kitchen was stocked pretty well- lots of plates, cups, bowls, etc. We still brought and used paper plates though- the stoneware they had was heavy and not great for little kids. We were able to find most things we needed in the kitchen- utensils, grill tools, can opener, knife set, cutting board, pans, etc.. (We recommend adding foil and a meat thermometer!) Decent amount of towels, we did run the washing machine and dryer a bunch still to refresh the towels since the kids used them a lot. Both machines worked great. Negative: There were a few discrepancies- We understood the pool was heated during the day, but it was ice cold. That was a major bummer when you're there in February. The private porch hot tub struggled to stay hot, it liked to stay in the 90's, which I guess worked out- our littles played in that as a pool instead. The light/ fan remote to work the lights in our room didn't work- the first night the light turned on randomly at 3am and we couldn't get it to turn off without the remote. So we had to flip the switch and sleep without the fan the rest of the night. We had to go to Walmart and buy our own batteries to make it work. We were also told that all bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms, but the main floor one does not. (The 2 upstairs bedrooms do.) If you are someone who notices details and looks at the corners- don't expect spotless. The place was generally pretty clean- all main walking areas, counter tops, shower doors, mirrors, faucets, etc were clean and looked nice. But it did seem like a few corners were skipped when sweeping, and I wondered how often the bed comforters get cleaned- our white comforter was more of a dingy white and had a few dog hairs on it (I hadn't realized this place allowed pets.) I struggled to feel comfortable using it and didn't want it near my face. Behind and under the night stand had A LOT of dust- I can't be the only one who reaches back there or slides it out a bit to plug in a phone charger? The ice maker in the fridge couldn't keep up with our normal usage. Otherwise the fridge and freezer worked great. There wasn't enough seating for 15 people- 1 couch, 1 love seat, and 2 chairs on the main floor. One couch in the bunk room. 2 chairs upstairs facing the washing machine. It was hard to watch a movie with even half of us in one place. The main floor shower didn't drain when we arrived- we had to plunge it a bit and then it improved.
